Nordhem has built upholstered furniture in Jämtland since 1948, starting with dining chairs for the region's school canteens. The workshop still sits on the same site, and still makes frames from local pine and birch.

Description / Elsa Vanity Stool
The Elsa Vanity Stool brings a touch of quiet luxury to the dressing table. Its compact, curved form is upholstered in sage velvet—a colour that shifts between grey and green depending on the light—whilst slender brass legs provide elegant support.
The generously padded seat makes extended time at the vanity comfortable, whether applying makeup or simply taking a moment before the day begins. Its modest footprint allows it to tuck neatly beneath most dressing tables when not in use.
