Grovtre makes tables and desks from solid boards, not veneered panels. The workshop buys standing timber from certified European forestry, air-dries it for two winters and finishes with hardwax oil, so a scratch can be spot-repaired rather than resurfaced.
Tops are through-tenoned into their legs and can be taken apart flat, which is the difference between a table that moves house and a table that gets left behind.
Description / Direktør Executive Desk
The Direktør Executive Desk embodies Nordic craftsmanship with its generous 160×80 cm work surface in rich oiled walnut. Softly rounded corners and clean lines create a commanding yet approachable presence in any office.
Three integrated drawers with brushed brass handles provide ample storage for documents and essentials, whilst a discreet cable management channel keeps your workspace organised. The solid matte black metal frame ensures stability and durability for years of productive use.
